This is a new character I'm currently working on implementing into the game. There's only one of him as he's a lore-relevant character. He will work differently from the others as he will crop up a couple of times to chase down the player relentlessly at a quick pace and is not susceptible to bullets.
I've got an idea in mind for how the player will bring this guy to his end however, and I think it's going to be something people really like.
No name for him currently so any suggestions for him would be appreciated!
